Cover of the Week - Thor: For Asgard & Secret Six

Welcome back to another edition of Cover of the Week! What do we have for you on this Sunday? How about some awesome Norse Gods and a tribute to video games? Hit the jump to see the winning covers.

Ryan L.'s Cover of the Week - Thor: For Asgard #1 by Simone Bianchi

Ryan L.: There's just something so damn majestic about this cover. It's like Kirby meets Frazetta and I dig that vobe completely. This is one of the best drawn Mjolnir's I have seen in a long while. It's also one of the best wrap around covers. Easily a top choice for cover of the week from me and yet another one that I feel could easily become a nice big poster.

Matt's Cover of the Week - Secret Six #25 by Daniel Luvisi

Matt: This is a pretty clever and unique cover, and I certainly can't remember any other one quite like it. The visual homage to character select screens from fighting video games is also pretty fitting because the two Secret Six teams seem to be in a collision course.

Runner-Ups: Amazing Spider-Man Presents: Black Cat #3, Iron Man: Legacy #6, Marvel Universe Vs. The Punisher #3

Great choice, Matt.

You can tell it's a good cover because I chose it instead of the Propaganda-style poster from Iron Man: Legacy!

Oh what I wouldn't give for a Secret Six Street Fighter-style beat 'em up.
In fact, a beat 'em up would work well to include any and all villains from either Marvel or DC - story-wise a villain Fight Club writes itself.
